LLAMADO A SOLIDARIZAR CON LUIS MARILEO Y JORGE MARIMAN

Se llama a solidarizar urgente con el finanziamiento de los Juicios de Luis Marileo, Jorge Mariman jóvenes comuneros de la Comunidad Mapuche Cacique José Guiñón que son procesados en el presunto asalto a un peaje de Quino en la ruta 5 sur, la quema de un camión y levantar barricadas. la Preparación de Juicio Oral se ha realizado reciéntemente y pronto serán los Juicios.
Les recuerdo que Luis por ser menor de edad tiene el proceso separado.
La comunidad Cacique José Guiñon a raíz de la constante represión del estado chileno, persecusión política, detenciones, violencia bestial de las fuerzas policiales en los allanamientos inclusivo contra los niños sigue su lucha digna por la reinvindicación de tierras. Si que ha afectado los recursos en donde en este momento los jóvenes no pueden afrontar los costos que significan su defensa. Es por eso este llamado a solidarizar urgente con los jóvenes mapuche que ahora se llaman Luis y Jorge y si lo permitimos mañana hay más Luises y Jorges.

Jorge arriesga 36 años de prisión y Luis 10 años, solo por ser mapuche y contra ellos ha declarado el testigo protegido que no es fidedigno ya que posee un nutrido prontuario policial.

Existen informes oficiales como el del año 2004 en donde se señala ya la persecusión contra Jorge Marimán hijo de la machi Adriana Loncomilla y del Lonko Jose Cariqueo.

„ Jorge de quince, años ha sido golpeado en más de una oportunidad por Carabineros, en la última conocida, en Julio de este año, refiere haber sido llevado y puesto en un calabozo, en Collipulli, dice “... hacía frío, había una tremenda helada y me hicieron dormir en el calabozo...” “... a mi me dejaron bien jodi’o ese día.. me agarraron a patás los carabineros... la camioneta me pasó a llevar y pensaron que yo le había pegado a la camioneta del Fiscal y ahí los pacos se enojaron y me agarraron y me pegaron y de ahí se metió el hermano de este y también le pegaron...” Por esta situación existe una causa en el juzgado de menores de la ciudad de Collipulli (causa nº: 92-2004) consistente en Medida de Protección (se desconocen más antecedentes ya que la causa tiene acceso restringido) „


Así sucesivamente hostigado y perseguido lo detienen el año 2009 por uno de los montajes del estado chileno. por el supuesto atentado terrorista en el Peaje Quino
fue dejado en libertad el 25 de Febrero de 2011.

En cuanto a Luis Marileo, hostigado y perseguido de igual forma desde niño. El 3 de abril de 2010: detenido con 17 años, imputado por homicidio frustrado terrorista, incendio y robo con intimidación, hechos que habrían ocurrido en la Ruta 5 Sur el 11 de octubre de 2009. Se encuentra actualmente en arresto a domicilio parcial con medidas cautelares además con otras causas como el supuesto robo de un celular, un abigeato.

El racismo y discriminación del estado chileno intenta callar a travéz de la criminilización de las luchas sociales del pueblo mapuche fabricando montajes y acusando a adolescentes mapuche empleando el arma del miedo para tratar de apagar la llama de la conciencia de los jóvenes que luchan por los derechos de su pueblo , para seguir así exterminando con las raíces ancestrales y la lucha por la vida ya que esto es un peligro para los intereses empresariales y transnacionales que controlan la política del estado. Exige el fin de la represión y violencia  sistemática del estado chileno en contra las comunidades mapuches y sus niños.

Hago un llamado a solidarizar con esta causa y así poder liberar a nuestros jóvenes que se encuentran injustamente procesados por el hecho de ser mapuche y pensar diferente.

Hermanos, amigos, organizaciones mapuche y no mapuche, Ongs por los derechos de la niñez y derechos humanos se requiere urgente ayuda financiera para los costos que se producen por estos procesos judiciales en donde estos no serán realizados solamente en un día sino que van dependiendo de los alegatos y se pueden prolongar por semanas. Es necesario garantizar el viaje de los jóvenes y su defensor a esos procesos, estadía en caso que estos se prolongen y además los costos para su defensa muy importante para garantizar el trabajo por su libertad.


Un llamado a toda persona que está por los derechos humanos, por la libertad y una vida digna a colaborar aunque sea un aporte mínimo para poder costear los costos de estos injustos procesos que son solamente producto de la criminalización de las demandas del pueblo mapuche. Llamo además a las ONGs por los derechos de la niñez y a Las ONGs por los derechos humanos a facilitar y  garantizar la seguridad necesaria en los costos que se deben enfrentar en estos procesos. Sería un fatal error que que por falta de los medios económicos cayeran nuevamente estos jóvenes injustamente encarcelados perdiendo el derecho a un futuro de vida digna en donde ya hace años se vulneran gravemente sus derechos humanos, los derechos del niño a pesar que el estado chileno ratificó hace ya 21 años la Convención sobre los derechos del niño:

Más aún unas de las consequencias es la situación de los jóvenes acusados de terroristas es que aún no son procesados después de haber pasado injustamente meses encarcelados, las audiencias se han ido prolongando meses y los adolescentes actualmente se encuentran con arresto a domicilio y diferentes medidas cautelares. Esta situación incierta de su futuro es un vulneramiento más a los derechos de la niñez y adolescencia.

Jorge Mariman Loncomilla, Caso Peaje Quino acusado de ilícitos terroristas, comunidad Cacique José Guiñon. The racism and discrimination by the Chilean state tries to silence through the criminalization of the social struggles of the Mapuche people making setups and accusing Mapuche adolescents using the weapon of fear to try to extinguish the flame of consciousness of the young people fighting for the rights of their people, to go on exterminating the ancestral roots and the struggle for life as this is a threat to business interests and corporations that control the politics of state. Demanding an end to repression and systematic violence by the Chilean state against the Mapuche communities and their children.

I call for solidarity with this cause so we can free our young people who are wrongfully prosecuted for the fact of being Mapuche and think differently.

Siblings, friends, organizations of Mapuche and non-Mapuche, NGOs for the rights of children and human rights we require urgent financial aid for costs that result from these lawsuits as they will not be made only in one day but are depending on the allegations and may last for weeks. It is necessary to guarantee the travels of these young people and their advocate to these processes, their stay in the event that these are prolonged plus costs for their defense, it is extremely important to ensure the work for their freedom.

A call to any person who is for human rights, freedom and a dignified life to collaborate though even a minimal contribution to defray the costs of these unjust processes that are merely the result of the criminalization of Mapuche demands. NGOs for the rights of children and NGOs for human rights are further called to facilitate and ensure the necessary security for the costs to be faced in these processes. It would be a fatal mistake that for lack of financial means these young people fall once again into unfair imprisonment, losing the right to a dignified future life as already for years there are serious violations of the human rights, the rights of children, although the Chilean state 21 years ago ratified the Convention on the Rights of the Child:
